I got scammed

When it asked me to buy more games, I actually bought because it was interesting, but then, I wanted to press the game that I just bought but it says to buy it again! And then I thought it was maybe it didn’t have the time to download so I restarted my iPad, it still doesn’t work. Th enemy day I retried and it doesn’t work.

The app keep crashing at lesson 5.

Great app, and we had been using other 2kids app for learning Chinese, but this app keep crashing at lesson 5 after we purchased it. We had tried reinstall the app and update the iOS, but still not working.
