Screwed me over
I picked a number and got a subscription for $49.99, then jumped through the hoops to verify my identity and uploaded my ID. Then I used that number for accounts and registration for my new business. I signed up for a handful of new services and accounts using this new number I picked.
Later on, I had my friend test call me on the new number, it wouldn't go through. I checked the app, and no numbers were registered at all. I found the number I selected still available and tried to register it again, this time they forced the monthly subscription price on me $14.99 and then said the number was no longer available. So now I have to deal with Apple to get my subscription and other charges back, I also need to spend another full day setting up new accounts since now I can't access any of the ones I set up (due to MFA).
By far this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a virtual number service like this.

Unreliable I had to pay a basic plan and then after a few calls, I had to have another subscription which doubled the fees.

Disappointed
Was going OK, but recently got blocked twice and charged £9.99 to (unsuccessfully)unblock - unless they can sort quickly and refund, it’s a “1”.
