Hi Thanks for the honest review - you can reset the password by emailing support. We do not offer password reset on such sensitive things as phone numbers since many customers have their banks, doctors and family connected to it. Plus, the bonus of not having a password reset is once you've commited it to memory/paper/stored, you can be sure you have the *right* password each time, not the one you had to reset with endless #/!/?/@ symbols at the end "because you need to use a password you haven't used before", or counting endless zebra crossings, boats, bridges or bicycles to do so. We will reset the password super quick, don't worry about that. Aside from that, the app is a complement to a fully fledged service on our main website that includes menu systems, chatbots, web calling and shared SMS inboxes - the app is perfectly capable of making and receiving calls and SMS messages. You tap the dialpad and dial a phone number, but sure, we will look into ways of making it more fluid. Also, you may have well had installed our old version which is now obsolete.
