It doesn’t let me design frames like what the ad says. It only lets me to try on frames that are already designed.

For all the trouble of scanning my face I was hoping for some suggestions- all this is is a fancy virtual way to try on glasses

App Won’t Load
I installed the app got to the email link. When i click on it the system doesn’t recognize the app is installed and just takes me to the app store. I click the “open” button, but it resets the app all over. I’m on an iPhone 11Pro so it should work, but fails to open from emailed link.
Crashes - so frustrating
This app crashes every time I try to scan my face. Maybe it’s my face, but more likely it’s a problem with the app! Very frustrating !
Zipcode is messed up
Couldn’t even get to the important part because it refused to accept my zipcode, or any zipcode that starts with zero, which includes my entire state.
App doesn’t work.
I put in my zip code and many others it won’t accept any of them.
I just want to browse. Not setup an appointment.
I’d like to browse your selection and look at styles before setting up an appointment.
Use Face Picture Data for Marketing and Processing
Couldn’t get past the fact that you use people’s faces for marketing and are willing to give it to affiliates and 3rd parties under some discretion.

Requires an account for no reason
So, you manually type in all your info (because there’s no Sign In with Apple support) and get an email. But the link doesn’t work and instead sends you here, to the App Store, which I suppose is appropriate as I’m now leaving a review... Oh, and there’s no iPad support, which is disappointing.
Can no longer just order...
You can no longer simply order a pair any longer... have to make an appointment??? Who has time for that. Bought a pair previously. Will not again.

The camera is terrible even if you have enough light it’s gonna make you keep redoing it and holding my phone out and trying to good enough lighting makes my hands hurt I don’t recommend to anyone
Doesn’t support SE phone
Like what? What’s the problem with placing an order from an SE? I’d get the logic behind the app not being able to scan my face, but to place an order - nah, thanks! I’m definitely not spending extra hundreds for a new phone just to place an order! Good luck!

Exceptionally user-friendly. I feel confident buying my glasses here. Even though it’s online, I know I’ll get the right fit. I also love the included pictures in the app that really help you see what the colors will look like.
Waste of time
Good luck trying to get the selfie video to work. Apparently it doesn’t like me because it can’t recognize when I’ve turned my head per its instructions. Video is very fiddly and nearly impossible to get working. Completely useless for me.
