After only 8 days of working out you have to pay for a subscription or a membership to go forward, its just like any other app. Its fake and only wants your money not to really help you

Ужасное приложение, ничего не дает запустить так как высвечивается окошко, где стоит выбор оплаты, либо же смотреть рекламу
При нажимании «смотреть рекламу» оно не дает даже начать тренировку и вылазить повторно окно

Dopo aver iniziato il 30 Day Buttocks & Leg Workout, ho notato i primi risultati in sole 2 settimane. I miei glutei e cosce sono molto più tonici. Ottima anche per chi ha poco tempo, l’allenamento dura meno di 10 minuti al giorno.

Pay extra to remove adds

It not right that you pay for. A plan. And then have to pay additional to remove adds. I will not be renewing. If I had known it would be an extra fee at sign in I would have never signed up.

Muito bom. É um dos exercícios mais completos que já vi, os resultados aparecem bem rápido e realmente dá aquela sensação de que parece que você está usando um equipamento. Ótimo aplicativo.

Сегодня первый день пользования. Есть возможность без оплаты с просмотром рекламы, которая встраивается не навязчиво и дает время на передышку между упражнениями ( я делаю сразу несколько дней подряд).
Спасибо разработчикам пользоваться бесплатно.

Не очень стала программа ,потому что раньше когда я по ней занималась она была бесплатная ,сейчас только начала заниматься опять по новой ,все начали платные программы ставить
Че за чушь не понятная
Лучше бы остановили бесплатной так же хорошо ведь

It’s working once more

Happy at the lower levels but one you get to red dear god my shoulders hurt im a massage therapist and i have recommended this app based on yellow and orange but day 2 of red is contradicted for 90% of Americans the rest is to short for how long you are putting weight on your shoulder joints its a spit in your face
