How to retrieve “Document & data” of this app
When the app was offloaded and reinstalled, the app was rest. All the folders and data lost.
Would you please kindly help to solve this problem? We are the nonverbal disables who have been using the app for over 7years to “learn talking/communicating “ with others. Your support is much appreciated!
We would like to use our local drive to store the personal data. About the cloud storage, when we share and download from the cloud, many data loss, including the audio and pictures. Furthermore, the cloud sharing (storage) is valid only for 7 days.
Would also like to suggest if it is possible to backup the data to the devices of school or therapists, so that the students (disable) could get the data file back via AirDrop.
