客服不在岗，付了年费没有用
我是两年的老会员。今年8月5日到期。7月27日我通过App付了会员年费19.99美元。但是至今不能正常阅读杂志。向客服反映，迄今为止没有任何回音。
敢不敢出个ipad版？？
保持杂志原本的排版，就像Texture, 或者Kono那样。能在ipad上看杂志才是最舒服的。多收点钱也可以。

Worst App and I got stuck with it for four years
Worst payment functionality. Got billed annually till 2021. The content of press articles are incomplete. Worst reading experience, especially when you paid the subscription fee. The blank content is constantly happening. Guess it's either poor API response or empty DB. Anyway, not recommended at all. Don't be lured to pay , even if they have your favorite magazines on the front page. Last but not least, search function needs to be improved as well. 👎🏻
