Doesn’t work
Put in my rapnet credentials and it gives an error that the app cannot log on to third part and to call rapnet admin to get a special password, how do I get my money back for this app? Dissatisfied it’s uselessHateclowns

The Rapaport price list it’s not free , That’s why to be able to see the price list subscription is necessary.Down the drain!
The app was working just fine until it was upgraded recently. Works horribly very glitchy doesn’t work well at all. Needs to be updated ASAP!!!!Tolmasov

I have a valid RapNet membership and it won’t update price list! Kept saying cant download as There’s no internet connection. Im so disappointed and I m going to ask for refund since app is not being useful!!!!!!!Mraqueena

Hello, as you know we are not charging the fee of rapaport, you can contact rapaport they have several fee and see whats good for you . and also as you know rapaport prices or searching stones are not available without subscription , this is a professional apply for people who in the business and already having a member ship. all the best .Useless

hello , sorry to hear it. our app is the best app chosen by 90% of the market . also make sure you have rapaport membership to be able to download prices and search for diamonds on rapnet . for your knowledge every app that your not happy you can always get full refund 30 days from you purchase . good luckNeeds some more improvements.
It's a good basic program but rapnet is a little better right now. Needs a way to be able to view photos in rapnet search. Change search screen so you can choose between foreign EGL and EGL USA. Reverse the calculator so top row is 123. Should be the same as the dialer on your smartphone most people have the numbers memorized this way.Show lessTejal Gajjar
