Having worked my way through most of ambient sleep type apps I gave this one a try. It didn't help me sleep, but it was pleasant and very relaxing. If insomnia is only a rare problem for you, then this app may help. And itwas just not as annoying as a lot of the others. I do feel chilled out, just still awake :(
