Bought the program a few years ago, now I have to buy it again?
I like the program as it is a challenge to sometimes get things to work properly, but with a little persistence you can tune the app in the browser up to work but now they want me to buy it over again that’s not fair? I tried to contact customer support they don’t answer scary face

No customer service
Tried to reach customer service email provided , tried to contact 2 times because I want to pay for premium version and I couldn’t do it from my phone. Both times I got undeliverable email.nham1974
Useless - AVOID
Installed it and wasted an hour trying on my iPhoneX, an iPhone 7 and my spare iPhone 6S+ and literally It doesn’t do what it’s meant to do and prompts for payment continuously. I believe the good reviews are fake.

This app is full of pop ups. Does not allow you to stream ANY video.
After being tricked into paying the $8 for the app. Every single video I tried streaming just shows an error message.
I tried contacting “customer support” but Omar Mody the service representative multiple times and told me to stop contacting them, literally.
