Password issues
App allows you to attempt incorrect passwords ad nauseum. Major security risk!srjjl
Horribly rudimentary
It works but...
- The app is not secure. Even my garage door opener asks me to verify my fingerprint or password before accessing the app. This should be an app that does require a bit more work to get into in my opinion
- I wish it had panic buttons integrated. Hopefully never to be used, of course, but it should be there.
- Account and password isn’t customizable, same going for the name of the actual device displayed. Also, one account fits all people with access. It would be great to allow creation and deletion of accounts that can log in (each child individually, dog walker, maid etc). That way there’s a way to verify not only what time the alarm was disengaged and engaged, but also who did it.
- Zones are numbered rather than named. This could be easily customized.
- Overall it looks and feels like it was designed in the early 90s.Show lessBluecow82

Latest update not functional
Prior version was quite reliable and functioned well. Updated version gives error msg indicating no internet connectivity (despite the presence of good internet connectivity).Oceantmb
Works Everytime!!!
Never had an issue with this app. It's fast compared to other alarm apps. If you are having issues with the app it's most likely something to do with your internet either going to the module or your phone. Also If you want a more updated interface try securesmart.darkcsd
Very basic and not really worth it
This is a very basic app that allows you to arm/disarm your home alarm. In my case it was used to arm/disarm my Vista 20P panel. When I started the service 8yrs ago it was the best thing since sliced bread and shirt pockets. But then all the sudden it quit working. Phone calls for tech support or any type of help where ignored. Then the service provider's website disappeared and the phone lines disconnected. So now I'm out the money I've paid for a years service.
I would not waist time on this app. The company that makes this app does not provide the service. Service comes through a reseller program. No slam on them. It work(ed) great. But with fly by night providers it isn't worth it IMHO. There are other more modern and feature rich apps out there.Show lessDiver165
