I have 1000s of pics that I can’t access anymore….if not please post a solution to extract them from the app

Loved…as in used to

I’ve had this app a long time. I have a ton of pics in here. Numerous folders. Pics I was saving for my daughter when she got older. And now I can’t get in. I’d be fine if I couldn’t add more. I just want back in to get my pics back. So I can have a little time to transfer them out. Please.

Update the app. It won’t open on IOS. I have 600 pics in here!!!

Not Working/Not Private

After resetting (phone off/on) and opening the application once using passcode, the Application does not prompt for passcode after. It opens straight to last folder opened and there is no open to go back to all folders within the application either.

Every Update Makes It Worse!!

I don't know why these people can't just stop!!! I had this app for years and it was great, never a problem. Then the geniuses decided to start messing with it. After their first failed attempt at an update I lost around 90% of what I had saved! Of course there was no support for this complete failure on their part. I finally started over and added files again. NOW, their newest "update" has made the app unstable and unable to stay open longer than a millisecond before it crashes!!

Also, this app had plenty of reviews before that were 1 star reviews with a lot of the same complaints I have...but I guess they figured out a way to wipe the slate clean so nobody would know...so the moral of this review? The only thing that this app and the people behind it are good at is "wiping away" anything you save...so SAVE your money and choose a different safe storage app!!!

A support form is available on the website. If you enable sharing analytics in the privacy settings on your device, then I will receive crash reports that can help fix any future problems.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Only 2 things I wish I could change the display name from "private" to something a little less inconspicuous... I personally could create more incriminating videos than pics at least of myself... So I wish it could store videos too... This app works great for me... I have no nosey bf but I do have several nephews that love to play games n such with my phone and it is comforting to kno that when they disappear with my phone that it's not to look at pics from auntie's Saturday night adventures... But what if u utilize the decoy feature with a fellow iPhone user and they look up the app to find that they have been tricked, then demand to see the real pics?!!! None of that would happen if u could change the app name.
