Only two things in this mini-release that we messed up in the last release: - iOS 5 crashes fixed - No more black-screen if started from AudioBus Suggestion for use: start with AudioBus and OddTunes:Hang. Add a distorted growl filled guitar effect (AmpliTube, AmpKit+, etc). Stack your favorite multi-track onto the end. Tasty!

Version 3.0 - a new beginning To say this is a major release is an understatement. We've been listening to your requests and suggestions and tried to make as many of those happen as well as many of our own pet enhancements. - AudioBus support! - we are massive fans of AudioBus and words can't express how cool it is to run OddTunes:Hang through a guitar amp simulator and into a multi-track recorder. You have control over starting/stopping any loops you have captured using OddTunes:Hang looper controls from within other AudioBus enabled applications. - Lower Latency! - samples were tweaked, the entire audio engine was replaced, and scary rituals were performed under the full moon. The result is lower latency and a wee bit of velocity sensitivity for added performance control. - Performance friendly - turn off menu music from settings. Quickly access favorite tunings from the Tunings menu. Tunings are now grouped into Tuning Packs. - Decay rates - control how soon the notes fade out while recording a loop. This is handy for playing long jams without the loop becoming too crowded. Bugs fixed: - touch zones for iPad in landscape mode - looper is more stable - background music continuing to play when going back to play screen - many more Coming soon: - new tuning packs (we've kept track of all of your requests and have a few of our own) - midi support (in and out) - save and restore loops Also: check out Avacata's new game: Bishook. Version 2.3 now adds IOS4 multitasking support. Included is the freeing up of unused resources to ensure that your Hang loop footprint stays small and you can jump back in where you left off. Version 2.2 now adds iPad support and faster startup!   * iPad device support * 6x faster startup   * Uses only 20% of the runtime memory needed upon startup   * Fixed several unreported bugs Version 2.0 is a major release! * 45 tunings! * Includes micro-tuned scales * Loops can contain notes from multiple tunings * Strike logic completely rewritten to allow more simultaneous or near-simultaneous strikes * Muted notes are now in the 4 corners and are not dependent upon holding a note * Settings menu * Strike animation (can be turned off for performance reasons) * Start loops on first strike option. Now get a perfect loop every time! All of the original tunings for the first generation Hang are included plus more that have been used with Hangs. Coming soon: Save your loops. Share your loops.
