getting worse over time
This app is expensive but used to be somewhat worth it because it was a very comprehensive dictionary. But after some updates the app is actually getting worse because words are disappearing and can no longer be found. I recently tried searching words like "챙기다" and "오히려" and was surprised to find they are no longer in the dictionary (these words even appear in the free dictionary that is on my Samsung non-smartphone). I think the search function on this app is now broken and can no longer find certain words. So now I just use the free dictionary on my Samsung non-smartphone, which always has the words I need to find, so I'm regretting the money I spent on this app. Please fix the search function and add back the words that have disappeared.Show lesslearningkorean
예문기능이 공짜 사전 야후만도 못하다니...
미국회사에서 근무합니다. 이메일을 쓸때 유용할까 싶어 몇주동안 좋은 영한-한영사전을 찾아 헤매다가 어휘수가 국내최다 어쩌구 하는 대목에서 끌려 구입했는데, 도대체 그 많다는 어휘수는 다 어디에 쓰이고 있길래 찾아보는 단어마다 예문은 말할것도 없고 숙어도 걸핏하면 없는건지... 완전 속아 산 느낌입니다. 예문의 수는 가당치도 않을마큼 떨어집니다! 차라리 조금 불편해도 야후사전이 훨씬 낫네요. 찾는 단어가 들어가 있는 예제문장은 최소한 갖추고 있으니까 말이죠. 혹시 제가 예문 찾는 기능이 있는데 단지 찾지못해 헛소리하고 있는거면 알려주세요. 리뷰 정정하고 당장 다시써서 올리겠습니다. 예문이 없으면 무슨수로 영어문장 실력을 늘립니까? 단어만 죽어라 외우란 소린가요??? 그럼 수험용-학생용 사전이란 말을 꼭 붙여주시든지요. 입시용이 아닌 일상영어의 수준을 높이고 싶은 영어 사정을 찾는 사람들에겐 사전의 질만 좋다면 가격은 중요하지 않습니다. 두세배를 지불하고라도 꼭 산답니다. 이건 정말 대실망입니다. 돈이 아까워서라기보다도 차지하고 있는 메모리가 아까워서 버리고 싶네요!!!Show less대실망

I'm so glad I bought this app. I'm living in Korea but I don't speak Korean, so this dictionary has been amazing, both for studying Korean and for getting around.
My main criticism is that although the controls are in English, the dictionary iteslf seems meant for Korean speakers learning English. For instance, "sem" as a contraction of "sonsaengnim" doesn't have an entry, presumably because a native Korean speaker doesn't need it, but I do!Show lessRebeccaTVS

전자사전을 들고다니기 귀찮아서 리뷰보고 구입했지만 이분들 전자사전을 쓰지않으시는 분들인지;;
제 주관적인 평가로는 약 10여년전에 나온 전자사전이 더 쓰기편합니다
업데이트되었다고 하지만 데이터는 십여년전 제 사전과는 다를게 없네요
그래서 환불요청했는데 연락도없고 그냥 울면서 써야할듯하네요
장점:전자사전을 따로 가지고 다니지 않아도 된다. 발음지원.
단점:단어장의 조잡함(카드암기시 뒷면을볼때 터치를해도 안넘어가고 기다려야함 하지만 오류 많음)

Really really happy with this app.
This is the best English-Korean-English dictionary I've ever used. I am a 1.5 generation Korean living in US so I often needs English words that I need to look up for my job and never seen better tool than this one. It always finds the words I need to look up and Korean-English is pretty good too. What's more this app never crashed on my iTouch 64 GB. I highly recommend to anybody who needs this type of program. I just wish it loads a little faster when I start the app. It takes about 3-4 seconds so it's not big deal but still...Show lesschoids

YBM은 항상 꾸준한 업데이트를 해 줘서 신경을 많이 써 준다는 느낌이 들고 사전 자체 만족도도 좋네요.

방향성과 기능 모두 마음에 들지만 디자인은 이건 아니네요 ㅜㅜ
첫 표지도 그렇고 플래쉬 카드 기능의 디잔은 손발이 오글오글;;

세일전에 구입했었습니다. 많은 어플을 써오면서 2번이나 리뷰를 한적도 처음입니다. 말이 필요 없습니다. 내용면은 말할것도 없고 구입자들의 의견을 충분히 수렴하며 꾸준히 업데이트 되는 모습은 타 어플들과 비교가 되지 않을 정도네요. 그냥 강추 입니다.뭐 하는 건지...
