A must have if you are serious about exercise. There isn't an exercise database, so you do need to know how many calories you burn. I like this design. It makes the app easy to use, and anyone serious about exercise already knows this information.
The main benefit is seeing how much weight I'm burning off over time. I've been using the app for a month and I've burned off 6 pounds. It's very motivating to see how this grows over time in the graphs.
A fun and motivating tool that's easy to use. Glad I found it.
