I discovered this app through the Tom Ferry show and decided to give it a try. I am thoroughly impressed with its comprehensive design. Itβs incredibly well-crafted to ensure realtors can provide all necessary information to new clients. The app is extremely user-friendlyβjust input a few details, and you can instantly generate an estimate while showing a house to a buyer. You can also customize reports and send them to buyers immediately. Beyond buyer assistance, the app also supports sellers by offering property estimate tools for listings. I'm very impressed with this app. Definitely a 5-star tool.
