Unable to Log in/Sign up
The radio service and the team are fantastic. I just wanted to get the app on my mobile so that I can listen to it from anywhere.
I am trying to log in but after I put my password in, the page just scrolls down and I cant scroll back up and to click log in.
I tried to download the app again but the problem is still there.
I don’t know how else I can log in to listen to the radioShow lessImmortal_Brown
Disappointed
Really disappointed that I can’t use the app in the U.K. anymore. Does anyone know why?Kkkmall
Blank Screen
App opens and I have a blank screen no option to play any stations or podcasts.DOC393
Terrible in every way
This app misses key functionality and the functionality that does exist is broken.
Things that are broken:
- App goes into an ad loop and will play the same ad up to 6 times (yes I counted) and sometimes the stream doesn’t restart after the ad block is played.
- if you receive a call while listening, after you hang up the stream doesn’t restart, so you have to open the app and start it again.
- CarPlay app doesn’t work, the navigation bar shows up but non of the tabs are populated so you can’t actually start/stop a stream
Things that are missing:
- There is no support for Siri or Siri Shortcuts, so you have to manually open the app and tap start, manually select stream or podcast.

The You Project
This is a brilliant podcast. I listen to it frequently. I am often interrupted during an episode or it inadvertently stops if an earphone accidentally falls out. So why then does the episode automatically go back to the start? I’ve tried everything to pick it up from where it stopped but nothing has worked. This is really frustrating and I’m not liking how the Nova app works. 😡Show lessbigspender2.0

I love listening to all the different shows I might be old but I still like music and i am always up for a good laugh this is the only station I listen it is nova or nothing keep on keeping onbent and bowed
Excessive data usage
I’ve been using this app quite regularly and have found over the last 2 days nova player has used 30gb of data over 2 days with a couple hours use a day. I use it everyday and it has never ever used that much before. Possibly started happening since the last update? Apart from that it’s a great app and I use it dailyShow lessKrzysiur33

I love you guys and all the fast and upbeat music you guys play everyday whilst I’m on my way to work and back home. You guys are the only station that generally speaks fast enough for me to stay interested and not just zone out or change the channel! Lots of love!Jazzy192837465
Love Nova!
Listening to Nova in the morning is my only way to survive the drive to work. Nova always plays awesome songs that I can sing along loud to in the car. It gets me in a good mood!! It is also my saving grace when I drive home from work and I’m stuck in traffic. Listening to Kate, Tim and Joel in the afternoon is always entertaining. Joel always makes me laugh and Tim ‘s banter is great too!Show lesshffgdch
