I have filled in everything I can see in the emergency contact box, there does not appear to anywhere be spots for information for a second emergency contact, been struggling to save by data for 30 minutes.

Difficult to use
The app is not very clear on where to find the applications you want to use. I struggled to find how to submit a mileage report.. there is no tab for that specific task. I have no other expenses, just a rare occasion to file for mileage reimbursement. Why is it so complicated?

Workday has made every simple task feel like a hassle. Trying to do anything, whether it’s just viewing my payslip or booking holiday, is way more complicated than it should be. The app’s design might look simple, but don’t let that fool you—nothing about it is intuitive.
The constant verification checks are exhausting. The app seems to ask for passwords and authentication over and over, and it frequently forces you to change your password. Keeping up with all the changes and remembering the latest one is a nightmare.
Notifications are either spammy or come at the worst times, and it feels like the app just exists to make you jump through hoops rather than actually helping with anything useful. I expected an app that makes work life easier, but Workday does the opposite

Why doesn’t it remember my password?
Why doesn’t it remember my password or keep me signed in? So annoying.

I would say I am average in my computer/app savvy abilities-the person each developer should be focused on satisfying. I have been forced to use this app cuz this is the system sold to my employer. Woo is me. I have used this for about 5 years now. It has never worked correctly. It constantly doesn’t recognize me even though I am constantly going through the protocols for it to do so, every time in fact. Eventually after we do this dance for about 9 months or so, it drops the ruse completely and I cannot log in. Then ensues a very long and convoluted process for me to reset everything that takes DAYS because of the security controls combined with my employer’s kludgy ways of tech support. The result is my paycheck gets delayed by weeks, not days. Am I happy about this? No. I am in one of those black holes right now. Please fix your software.
