Zakupiłem bilet na PKP intercity, niestety okazało się, ze potrzebuje jechać wcześniejszym pociągiem. Niestety nie ma absolutnie żadnej opcji wymiany biletu, jeżeli bilet był zakupiony przez aplikacje SkyCash. Dokonałem wiec zwrotu, który zaginął gdzieś w przestrzeni kosmicznej. Nie mam wiec ani biletu ani pieniędzy. Bez pozdrowień.

A lot to be improved
The design is 5 years behind. Maybe not the most important thing, but still.
Top-up method is tragic. For those who don’t want to provide their card details, you cannot use Blik or ApplePay. For me it’s the biggest drawback.

Słabo.
Aplikacja uniemożliwia rejestracji numerom zagranicznym, przy czym staje się bezużyteczna. A szkoda, bo z pewnością wielu turystów wolałoby używać aplikacji by zakupić bilety na zbiorkom niźli kupować papierowe bilety.
Wewnętrzny błąd przetwarzania
Nie można polegać na tej aplikacji. Zawiedzie ZAWSZE i w najgorszym momencie. „Wewnętrzny błąd przetwarzania” - to mantra tej aplikacji.

Doesnt work well anymore
The apo used to work great! Until recently, they introduced some double-verification process that doesnt charge my account and makes it impossible to buy a ticket. As a result, i got a fine because i thought i purchased the ticket (but the app never charged my account, even though it said it did). So long, 120zl....because SkyCash couldnt make it work.

The app is stealing money
At first glance the app seems extremely useful and that it can be after a trial and error phase that a user has to get through and loose money on tickets that they don’t need. One cannot get a refund by the way.
I wanted to buy a bus ticket without an insurance which amounts to over 30% of the ticket price. Through the process the app doesn’t let you know when you are buying the ticket-you have to find it yourself somewhere in the app. Because if this I bought 3 ticket with insistence instead of 1 without.
In conclusion the app steels money without you knowing it!

Podwojna weryfikacja nie dziala
Aplikacje glownie uzywalam ze wzgledu na prostote zakupu biletow autobusowych. Po aktualizacji za kazdym razem jak kupuje bilet przekoerowuje mnie na potwierdzenie autoryzacji transakcji do banku, w 4 na 5 nie zadziałało, aplikacja przestala spelniac funkcjonalnosc wygody.
Highly not recommend- scam
Unfriendly and unpleasant (customer) service - I was waiting week for money/transfer refund as I wasn’t able to use this app and my money transfer been deducted due refund charge 20% / scam and fraud !
Lack of explanation
Poor service! Paid 3 times for the public transport tickets and each time I was charged 15% additional insurance without my consent!! When I emailed insurance company as well as SkyCash...no reply.
