This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. • Fixed a bug that caused the wrong drum to be triggered if you had “Display Zoom” enabled on your device. • Fixed a bug that caused audio glitches after switching drum kits. • Fixed a crash that occasionally occurred if you rapidly tapped the drums while switching drum kit.

• Fixed issue that caused your iPod music to stop when launching the app. • Fixed the Crash Cymbals so they are no longer reversed.

"3D Drum Kit" is out. Who names an app something boring like "3D Drum Kit", anyway? It's now called "Spotlight Drums" and there's a shiny new icon to go with the new name. ★ The app has been COMPLETELY REBUILT FROM SCRATCH using modern iOS technology. Why? Imagine a 3 year old bowl of spaghetti. That's what the previous code looked like. The rewrite brings a lot of benefits, such as: ★ UNIVERSAL support! Gone are the days of separate iPhone and iPad versions. It's now one app to rule them all. ★ iPhone 5 optimized. Finally! ★ The graphics are now at least 300% less ugly. All 10 drum kits are now beautifully, individually textured. And there is all new stage lighting effects and fog effects. ★ The animations are 200% smoother. (This isn't a joke. The old version was capped at 30 FPS. If you've got a newer device, you'll now get 60 FPS. Nice!) ★ The drum kit sounds are now high-quality 44.1 kHz recordings. A big thank you to Apple for increasing the cellular app size download limit. ★ Perform drum rolls with a swipe of your finger. Why on earth didn't I add this earlier‽ ★ Your drum recordings are now saved as MIDI files! Simply connect your device to iTunes to copy your drum beats into your favorite sequencer. ★ Left-handed support. Previously only available to paid users, left-handed mode is now available for everyone. ★ Similarly, everyone can now enjoy the thrill of whacking a Cowbell - not just the wealthy, app buying public.
