Great support team, buggy app
I log time and I have to restart the app to see it was logged. Things render in the app weird. It’s almost there, but a few bugs causing issues that render almost not usable.. not major seeming ones though. Their support is strong and they seem to really care about their web-based software. I’m hoping to change this review soon!

Poor, buggy app, force crashes constantly
Miles away from the desktop app. Fails to update jobs, constantly logs me out while using, force crashes when trying to amend jobs… Pretty useless at present. Clearly the devs are not keeping the app up to speed. Please fix!
Functionless
You can log time and task and that is it. You can’t see how much time you’ve used in a week/month, or as part of bigger tasks/jobs. Web-based version only option, which is wild in 2023. Not even a desktop app…
Still frustrating to use
App update with login is not working. I still can’t log in. Limited functionality compared to the website app. Hoping this will get more features and be more useful in the future.
Terrible - doesn’t work at all
Hasn’t worked at all for about 18 months. Shame as it’s an essential part of the software ecosystem for many users?
Not fit for purpose.
The app barely has any functionality beyond your time entry, which would be not so bad if that worked. I have many jobs not showing. Worst still keyboard obscures the notes box when you need to detail your time.

There’s no way to view anything other than the to do calendar - it really needs to show the jobs list at the least…please add this in?
I don’t normally write reviews but this app is garbage
First of all, our company have been using Stream for quite some time and I have from time to time used the mobile app to log time spent on billable projects.
My project manager has raised with me today some work completed this week and the last week was. Ot logged. I can see them on the mobile app but not the desktop browser version. Tried to fix this by logging out of the app. And boom! It deleted all my logged time on the mobile! Nice job Streamtime! Now we have this problem trying to remember all work completed in October or losing thousands of dollars!
The mobile app is absolutely not recommended if time tracking is critical for your business!

Tour. Login. Crash. Repeat.
The app worked just fine until yesterday - 17 April 2021. I’m guessing a background update was applied.
Here’s the issue: Streamtime asked me to enter my login details after the tour, then made a show of loading my data before crashing. I tried again, but got the same result. Rebooting the phone didn’t help. Nor did uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
When it worked, it was OK - but ultimately a bit limited. It doesn’t show a list of all our live projects on the app, and there’s no option to view them in a browser either. For those of us who like to plan the day or week ahead, a bit of extra functionality would really help us prep out to-do lists.

Hi there, A new release out today that should solve this , however if not log a ticket at support@streamtime.net and we’ll get onto it immediately. The support team don’t always read reviews but they live in the support system. Thx AG

Constantly sat on the loading screen. Really not useable at the moment. Very limited on features - would be nice to see more than one day at a time and the dashboard/ project progress. Look forward to updates, but for now not useful
