This application worked
For while with my focus on the family downloads
But after not using it for a month and the download are now not accessible. I am surprised that such an organization such as FF does not have another option. This app has 1.9 review

I don’t do reviews, but I must for this. I was hopeful today when I saw an update. Literally no help. This things will crash ALL day long. When it works, nothing fancy, it just plays whatever story, like it should. Problem - it crashes multiple times in one sitting. Terrible. Horrible. Frustrating. I purchased 15 audio books to keep my self entertained during the quarantine and the app keeps crashing :( please fix! I do have the latest version and my iPhone gives me no other issues otherwise, so I know it’s not my phonePlease squish them bugs!

I love being able to listen to Focus on the Family through the app.
My only frustration is the app updates each time you open. If you are start playing because it already open from an early play it shut off and then updates. Fix this I will give you 5 stars.
Also can you add a timers to shut off aftera certain amount of time.Show lessFrustrating
When I click pause and then want to move forward or backwards it completely loses itself and will only let me restart the whole video.Terrible customer service
The player works on my iPhone, that’s why it gets 2 stars. However, on the iPad Pro running most recent update it doesn’t. When app is first opened I get a notice saying no internet connection- I am connected to the internet. When I hit retry the app crashes. If I hit cancel and then try to play or download it says there’s not enough storage. I spoke with a human at Apple and they said I have plenty of storage on the iPad in fact more than my phone. I’ve contacted tech support via email (is there even a phone number?) two or three times only to have to wait for 24 hours or more to get the same response- not enough storage. And now haven’t heard back for some time so I guess that’s it. $75 for a video download and it doesn’t work as it should and where I need it most. I’m sure the individual who made the video would be very unpleased to know that their name is associated with such a faulty product and awful customer service. Extremely slow download speeds. It can take me hours to download a movie. What is this, 2001? Streaming is non-existent. Beware of anyone who uses this junk player for their media. You will be lucky if you actually get to view anything with it.

Had to download this app for watching Focus on the Family video content. It crashes as soon as I hit play on a video. Then when I relaunch the app, the status wheel spins forever, “updating.” Unusable.won't let me login at all
it was working fine for most of the day and then it wouldn't let me download the audio files I bought. thinking it was a temporary glitch I logged out and tried to log back in again. IT WOULDN'T LET ME LOG BACK IN. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it. It still won't let me log in. I attempted to send a complaint through the app and it wouldn't let me because THE LOGIN REQUEST TIMED OUT. this is trash and I am very upset as this is the only way for me to listen to my purchases.Show less
