Brilliant Entertainment for little ones.
Excellent for little ones they soon pick up what to do & with more than one thing to see on each page & lots of pages there's plenty to keep them busy & quiet (except for laughing) for a while. Got all the duck duck moose kids apps & this is favourite!marble600
We like itsy bitsy and wheels on the bus better
There are lots of things I love about this app but a lot of the graphics are too old for my almost two year old- the jokes are too adult. Why does a cow get abducted by aliens? Why are there jet packs and why are the pigs artists? I'd love more classic graphics to go with the song. And why does one of the cows talk in a mans voice? Itsy bisty and wheels on the bus are more suitable for toddlers, they are excellent so I was a bit disappointed by this one.Show lessGinger and soraya

This app is great! Keeps my 2 year old 'hyperactive' son entertained for at least 20min each time. He loves the ducks and the bulldozer + being able to make things appear & disappear. Great app for entertaining toddlers while mum has a coffee & cake with friends :-)BeeStar1
Comparatively lackluster
I purchased this Old McDonald for my 2 year old son because I loved the Itsy Bitsy Spider and Wheels on the Bus app. Unfortunately, it came out to a major dissapointment in comparison. At double the price and the statement of "their most activities" it was a bad descicion to purchase.
The activities are very simple compared to the other two. They generally have only one or two things to touch/click on a page and in turn makes it hard for a child to understand why the other things do not work when they are similiar characters on the page.
This might have the most different scenes but consideration was poorly lacking for a child. There's not much interaction for learning and story line. Not worth the $1.99 double of the others in my opinion.Show lessdetang
Not what I thought
I thought this game would be more educational based on the description. There is only one printed word on the page. It would be better if the words of the song were printed at the bottom so you could follow along. Also when you select one of the images on the screen it is so loud that you can barely hear the song. I really just thought for the money it would be better. My son likes just randomly selecting items but as a parent I would like it to be more educational.Show lessNR78!
Old McDonald - by Duck Duck Moose
My 2 1/2yr old loves it. No problems picking up how to change pages & keeps him quiet for about 20mins whilst in the back of the car or at appointments! Same people have Itsy Bitsy Spider - but this one doesn't have as much different animals to press & he gets bored quicker with Itsy Bitsy Spider.QantasGirl
Perfect for the little ones...
I have a 2 year old grandson who absolutely adores all the Duck Duck Goose apps. The fact you can record either your own version or have your children sing it is fantastic. Old Macdonald has so much going on - it would be hard to bore of it.Nikkisyard

I bought and really liked 2 other apps by this company ( the itsy bitsy spider and the wheels on the bus), which are
priced at 99 cents and both outstanding. So, naturally, I assumed this one priced twice as much was sure to be the best one of all...wrong !
It is the least original, very repetitive and just kind of boring for kids. When I try and put it on, my 2 yr old shakes her head no. Don't waste your money on this- it's definitely not worth the price!Show lessUrban Mom
Peace at last!!
This app is my best investment so far! I now manage to have a shower do my hair and make-up all whilst my 2 year old plays with this app, she quickly figured out how to move from one page to another and there are so many pages all with different sections to touch. Ours tends to stick on 'old McDonald had a bulldozer' she loves dumping the soil and taking it away again. don't agree with the person who said there sould be more, it has all the usual farm animals, plus many others - ducks, frogs, bulldozers, cats, dogs, sheep, cows, chickens....Show lessT-island
