Fixed iOS4 compatibility issue (now app works on iOS4, iPhone OS 3.x, iPhone OS 2.2.1). Use quick chapter#:verse# input dialog to navigate the bible. Bible books show in different background color. Verse column added to picker to quickly locate bible verse.
