Great App but needs more alert choices.
This is a great application to help you manage your PRTG server from wherever you may be.
One major drawback I've encountered is that you can't change the alert settings and instead are stuck with the rather quiet developers choice.
This has caught me out several on several occasions in noisy environments and has caused me to miss alerts and have had to wait for an SMS or email to notify me of issues I could have fixed already.

Excellent app
I normally don't write reviews, but this is worth every penny. My prtg installation has thousands of probes and the app ties perfectly into them. It easily allows me to be off site and still check the probes to make sure everything is running right. Dragging a laptop is no fun, but an iPhone is always with me. The graphs are great, although I really mainly use the app as a status board.

Good but....
Portrait/landscape switching is not working right.... if you flip the iPad landscape perpendicular to the floor and then lie it down on the table it flips to portrait - same on the phone - this needs fixed... the device handles this automatically but it seems like you've written your own orientation mechanism and it FAiLs big time.

Just not quite there yet... But a great start
Love the main monitoring system, it does exactly what is should... Unfortunately, the iPad app falls short.
No landscape mode, doesn't monitor in the background with any reliability... Can't have a map as a favorite...
For the additional money, this should be cleaned up a bit.... Love the products, but will stick to a custom map and a link on the home screen for now.

Must Have App!
After a recent prtg software update, I decided to give iprtg a second try. What a huge improvement over v1! I can now check all my systems remotely without the need of logging! This is a no-brainer, definitely buy this app if you rely on prtg to monitor your systems.
Super but 1 problem push notification
Super program but i have only a big problem dosent support push notifications of alarm wich will be a big advantage.

It's good to know what is happening on our network when I'm not close to a computer. Push notification or the ability to run in the background would take this app to the next level.

I was one of those reviewers who gave the v1 a one star, would have been a half-star if I could of at the time (paying the original $20, for v1 was "hurtful" to put it mildly. I'm glad to write now that iPRTG v2 is lightyears beyond that of v1, a total redemption on the part of coders and the company!! Bravo team!! The product is very useful now and at a lower price (my luck :P) but good for others! Would be 5-stars if it was really adapted to the iPad instead of doing the iPhone x2 zoom deal, but I'm hopeful. Also I did find a somewhat minor bug, but not a show-stopper by any means. I'll be mailing the devs soon to point out the small issue. Other than that...Grab this if you run PRTG on your network!!

Great progress
"it doesn't stretch full screen on my ipad- 1 star" boo hoo- I don't know of any other monitoring tools that offer an iPhone app and PRTG does.. Very cool there have been some complaints about this app in the past and I've seen a ton of development for this iPRTG in the past 60 days. Not 100% perfect but the new v2 is lightyears ahead of v1 - good progress glad to see the product mature. Thx.
