reading issue
In the latest news - or anywhere one is trying to read text, many sentences are overlapping, Making the article unreadable. (I am on an ipad pro). So if I find an article I may be interested in, I’d have to find it in a browser (generally not worth my time). And this has happened the last several years in a row. Other people have commented on this, too. Please fix it!

Draw sections not good!
I wish you still had the lines from day to day and next up. The way it's done is very cumbersome. I find it hard to navigate around to what I want. The other "main" tennis apps have been much better! Come on! Don't get so fancy that customers lose the ease of of navigation and seeing more clearly what is going on now, and in the past matches.
Also agree with another viewer that it's ridiculous that you don't have a filter for favorites that allows players from x countries to be filtered!Show lessDbeskan
Expected Draws to be graphical
Expected Draws to be graphically displayed like the icon shows. Instead, the scores are shown. I am not sure why this option is on the second page of most frequently used features. That is usually the first thing that I would like to see —the current matchup and who would play in the next round.
The bracket view should be first vs the scores.

US Open always a good time!
Even though it has gotten more expensive and getting here is not easy, once you are in the early days of the open are always a blast. You can travel around the facility to see many of the best players in the world, on the outdoor courts close enough to see, what tremendous athletes they areThe Ambros
Good but could be better
9/1/22 Have you ever tried to find all of the player from one country? Obviously not because it is extremely tedious. Missing a couple of key features n my opinion. There is no way to select all the players from one country as favorites. In other words there is no filter on the players screen to filler by country. Also there is no way to just to just view your favorites. Instead you need to scroll through all the matches. What is the point of having favorites if you can filter by them? Such an easy feature (it was present on the Wimbledon app) to implement and yet no go. For 2020 RADIO does not work! Icon Never changes from play to stop to play. No sound. Really poor showing. If this is powered by American Express they should get their money back. Sure it’s free but this is constructive criticism.

Best tennis tournament app on the planet
I’ve been using the apps for all four grand slam tennis tournaments for as long as they’ve been around. This year IBM has designed the best tennis tournament app I’ve ever used. One of the best features is that the app offers video highlights of every match for every player win or lose so you can get a real sense of how the players are doing and how their games are progressing through the whole tournament. The app is accessible and well designed. It’s easy to find the information that you want including the bracket draws. It’s just the greatest!!!Show lessL VanWo

Have you ever tried to find all of the player from one country? Obviously not because it is extremely tedious.

Before every post-match press conference in the on-demand video area, there is an ad that plays. This becomes tedious & is especially frustrating when the press conference won't play after the ad ends. Both iOS & app are up to date, so this should not be happening. Please also be mindful of making the app's navigation/user interface adaptable to accessibility adjustments such as, for example, font or photo size or color contrast. Why is the font so small on the Schedule page
Great app as always. But why is the font on the daily schedule page so much smaller than the fonts everywhere else on the app. It’s not adjustable either.
Is there a specific reason it’s so small?
For those of us that need some help with reading up close, please change the font to something similar to the font on the scores page or any other page. Thank you.Show lessJohn128965
