Does it's thing. I use it for my Whois needs.
Sometimes iPhones get funky. Sometimes you catch network traffic that makes you go "huh?". Or sometimes you see a domain name and go "really?". Or sometimes you see an IP and.... you get the point.

Rate limit is not specific to the app. It's imposed by a specific WHOIS server that you are querying. Sometimes it may happen with some WHOIS servers that are too strict about usage policy.Perfect, seriously perfect

Rather than use Whois apps from different providers (Ripe which is really lousy, etc) this consolidates all so when my network is being attacked, I can quickly query who the attacker is.Ep1stl3
