This app is basic and good for beginners. It's not completely accurate but a great start! There is some wrong information in here such as avoiding coconut oil and egg yolks. Egg yolks are full of omega-3 which actually burns fat. If you are watching your cholesterol then have eggs in moderation. The balance between omega 3 and omega 6 can actually lower cholesterol. Coconut oil is high in calories but again a healthy fat in moderation and a way better choice than most fats/oils. I'll stop there. :-) This app is a good place to start your healthy lifestyle.Show lessGood app
