How Weight Watchers Worked for Me
I have lost over 20 lbs twice following Weight Watchers. It was all about the tracking and showing up for meetings even if just to weigh in sometimes. For me it’s like anything else in life and that’s being held accountable for your actions, good or bad. Unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes. The first time I fell of the rails my center closed and I didn’t have one close by. I loved the meeting and my leader so much, I literally cried. Following the app kept me going for awhile but then I got lazy and lost. Several years later when I was back to the weight I hated, a friend of mine informed me of a new meeting place that was right near where I worked. Back I went and got down to where I wanted to be in less than 6 months. I followed the app, went to meetings and tracked. Then Covid hit. The center closed again. While during that time I didn’t gain all the weight back it was enough that I was uncomfortable and didn’t fit right in my clothes. I am now back in the saddle again and having this tracking system is very helpful! Especially the scanner. The recipes are very good! Weight Watchers is not diet, it’s a way of life. If you follow it right, which really isn’t hard to do, between the app, the recipes and all the other support they offer, you will succeed for sure!
