  • Pretty good so far.

I love this app. Especially because you guys are so organized. I hope you guys keep updating it and I hope this app stays up and running.
  • App needs an update

And this app needs an update. It works with iOS 13 and currently it works fine for me but I’m afraid eventually it will stop working because the update is over a year old. Is this app still being updated?
  • Developers, IS THIS IN- APP PURCHASE SERO STILL SUPPORTED?

It appears you haven’t updated SERO in years, although there Is an in-app purchase. The most recent reviews for SERO are four years old? Would you let us know if you plan to update or continue to support SERO? Is it even still useful to visually impaired persons? Thanks! I wish I could give more stars, but I can’t until you let us know your intentions concerning SERO.

  • About logging in

I have nothing bad to say about this app because I like it. I haven’t been on it in quite a while, but I was trying to login today and I forgot my info and, it said it didn’t have my credentials so then I try to create an account and it says that this account is already active and I tried different ways and it’s like it’s the same thing. They need to have a number or something that we can call. Or another way that’s when we forget our information they can help.

  • App needs updated

This is a really good app. But, it needs updated. It’s over a year old. Pretty soon it won’t work anymore. Please update
The app has been updated. It’s just as good as ever.
  • Great. But where is upgrade?

It hasn’t been updated in a long long time. 11 months later and no update. What’s happening?
  • Terrible app with a highly questionable developer

App is poorly laid out, and devoid of quality content. Also, how the developer seeks to profit off this population is offensive. The claim that this is "the world's first application for the visually impaired" is wildly inaccurate Lastly, this developer should be required to amend their language. Blind people do not have "caretakers". I would give zero stars if possible.

    Needs a lot of work!
    Crashes very often.
    Seen better apps
  • Audio content was good until…

I have contacted the developer of this app several times to see why I cannot listen to any of the audio described movies because it tells me that my subscription is expired but when I go into the subscribe to sero monthly part of the app it says that I am already subscribed to this. Developer was nice but gave me a bunch of mumbo-jumbo about how many accounts I had and telling me that that could be the problem I did everything technical support asked me to including logging out of my account logging back in restoring my purchases among other things and yet still I am still dealing with this and I still have a subscription that I am not able to use. It works for a day or two and then it’s back to the way it was before telling me that I do not have a subscription really considering taking this app off my phone and just using Netflix for my audio described content

  • Poor

This app needs too be updated. After my free trial ended, I subscribed for $5 a month. However, when I try to watch descriptive videos and television, sero won’t let me. The app says my free trial has ended, despite the fact that I subscribed to pay monthly. If this app won’t be updated I’m considering ending my payments and getting rid of my account.
