Want to love it
Been using the app on and off for a couple months with not too many problems. However when I updated the app on November 6th everything went downhill. I now can’t login to my account- it just sits in a loading screen and never goes through. I really enjoyed being able to listen to games when I couldn’t watch but without being able to log in I can’t do that anymore…

Signing out problems
The app was absolutely perfect although I often encountered a problem where I would keep getting signed out and this would happen probably every fortnight but other great app

Broken since last update. Can’t use or listen to audio

Since the app was updated it keeps logging me out
Can’t login
Every time I try to watch a video it asks me to login although I already had. I have even tried to create a new account and I still can’t log on!!!!! In the past I have always been able to watch videos and now I cannot!! I do not know what has been done to stop us fans from watching videos but this needs sorting. If the problem is fixed I will change my rating. I used to love this app but now I can’t even access any videos. I don’t think anyone will even respond. Have you changed the terms of listening to matches also as every time I press play to listen to the match I am asked to login again and again

First of all, if you are not an arsenal fan, this app will make you one. Second of all, this is the best app to find highlights, match replays, and news for Arsenal FC. Plenty of fan merch, including the jerseys of some old seasons. 5 stars, download this app, whether you are an Arsenal fan or not. COYG!

If only!
Great improvement for the navigation since the last July Update. Just missing Apple TV support and landscape for iPad! The store being accessible on iOS is massive!
Was loving the app; now I can’t login
For the last 2 weeks, I try to log in but it just says the attempt failed. Not bad password or email, just “attempt failed.” Not sure how to correct it. Any ideas to fix this are greatly appreciated! #COYG
Missing feature
The app is good for us Gooners but where is the Apple TV support? And the UI needs improvement. Not easy to search, no integration of the store to make it easier to purchase, preseason pass was a mess really! No portrait support in iPad! It can be a great joy for us fans and a vital source of income for the club!

What happened to Arsenal being a classy club?
Another update, a new icon (making sure everyone knows the modern cartoon badge is a registered trademark). Still unable to use the app on an iPad with keyboard attached due to no landscape support. It has however added support for new ways to extract cash from fans, like the modern match day experience this app is based around revenue and not what the (real) fans want. Does there really need to be a pop up every time the app is opened? ... of course there does why let a good experience get in the way of making money. ——————————————-

To spell it out for the developers, iPads are commonly used with a keyboard.. In landscape mode therefore the single “navigation improvement” necasary would be to not have to turn my head to a 90 degree angle to read what is on my screen.. It really is beyond ridiculous
