Lost landscape view with latest update!
Just updated the app and lost the landscape view on my IPad, which worked fine in previous version. Please fix this!dougrex

Unusable
Guys, please get your act together. This app is completely broken and it is so frustrating. The entirety of LFC’s IT is a complete joke and you should be embarrassed in regard to your clear lack of commitment in providing your supporters with a functioning app that enhances the fan experience. Fix the login issues, redevelop LFCTV Go into a usable app, and, for the love of God, showcase some sense of urgency in rectifying these issues that have plagued the community for literal years.Show lessclsbonafide
Please change the app from 17+ to 4+
I don’t see why you set this app age as 17+ just for “unrestricted web access”. You know that on iOS Screentime you can restrict web access device wide, so rating it 17+ just for that is not justifiable because other club official apps like Manchester United’s and Arsenal’s are not rated 17+ even thought they technically also have “unrestricted web access”. Cannot login - unusable 😔
I am a paying member and cannot get logged in. It logs in, shows the membership screen for about 5 seconds, and then auto-logs out. Pretty much unusable without this basic feature.05869775
Apple TV app
I love the app on my iPhone and iPad! However I would like to see the app for Apple TV so I can watch matches on the big screen without having to use airplay! Please develop the app for smart tv!Can we say glitchy?!
The app looks good at first, assuming you are a paying member with full access, which is really the only way to get anything out of it.
The problem begins when you actually try and move around and find anything or update anything etc.
The app is so glitchy I’m constantly being logged out, unable to get screens to load, unable to get links from menus to work, and God forbid you have to update any membership information.
Perhaps the app works better in Europe. But in the US, this global brand has A LOT to work on.
In Europe there is a lot of club loyalty. In the States it can be more difficult to build and maintain a fan. Having functional, quality Apps, including the Liverpool store app and LFCGO, that work well independently but also in cohesion, is vital.
Liverpool and their marketing team should be better… a lot better.
To put it in LFC terms… we want prime LFC Fernando Torres quality apps. We currently have Torres at Chelsea apps. Get it together LFC!Show lessDj Gravity X
New version is terrible
I have had a subscription, so I can watch games and listen to real time audio commentary for two years I have never had difficulty logging into the app until now trying to get support runs you in circles. Using the links for login for existing user also keeps bringing you back to a new user registration which does not allow you to put in your existing registration information. If you have a subscription, I would just access the website directly and not waste your time with the app at this point.Show lessshoottothrill99

LFC App
The official LFC App has not updated since 25 September 2022 in South Africa. There must be a bug or something is very wrong.
Please investigate is fault and rectify.
