You will not be charged twice. Try downloading the already paid content as you did the first time. Apple will tell you the price but when you hit the buy button you will receive a pop up saying that you can download it for free because you have already paid the product. I paid the extra $2.99 to download the maps to have offline - they took hours to download and kept restarting, and then got stuck on the "installing" page, so they were never accessible. Useless.maddie738385835
