Stuck in Eastern chart mode
Update: 1/25/20 One year after my 2-Star review I get a developer response. That’s a pretty terrible amount of time lost, temporarily adding one star cos it appears I can start using it again but lost time isn’t quite helpful. 3-Stars.
Just took a look at the newest update and the import charts feature of recovery is nice.
I wanted to adjust the look back to black or a darker more so i started with the customizations.
I also wanted to use Solar houses and once I changed a few options on this page the entire chart would not change back. It is stuck in Eastern chart mode and won’t return to a Western wheel.

Kairon is now basically useless
I used to LOVE this app. My last review was three stars only because they never updated it. Well, now they've overhauled everything. I lost all my saved charts because I have my apps set to automatically download. On top of that, it's SUPER glitchy. I've seen aspects that should say approaching listed as separating, unclickable links because they're mapped wrong (idk how to say this technically, but one link's space will overlap another link and you can't click the one you need because of said overlap), every time you click between the chart and aspects the orbs reset to a very high degree, the planets and points are listed in a weird order on the aspects chart, etc. I could go on and on about how disappointed I am in this because I seriously use to use this app and only this app. Now I have to find another one because this is the opposite of user-friendly.Show lessEuroflower

Dear Euroflower, your data are not lost and you should have contacted support for a quick reply. Kairon has a data recovery option in share tab, that will allow you to reimport. Also the data can be saved to disk via iTunes. There is also no general overlapping of clickable areas, but those areas close to the border are sometimes harder to click - a restart of the device once in a month can improve this behavior. The catch with the aspects is: if the orbis is overlapping, i.e. if an orbis is so big that it includes another aspect, it can be that the wrong one of the two aspects is displayed but also with that orbis. It is best to use the orbis choker then you see. I will fix it, so that it will no more be possible, that aspects overlap, just for now the orbis choker is the fastest option. Please contact support with questions and suggestions, as then you get replies within one day.
