I completely disagree with flaxseed and soy as a superfood. Please do more research before you tell people that these are healthy. Phytoestrogens are not healthy. They are the worst possible choices when you are high risk for cancer like breast cancer. Phytoestrogens mimic bad estrogen and should be avoided at all cosy.
