  • Disappointment

When I updated to OS9 my old iRecord deleted all of my saved lectures. I had to download it again. It's different. It only records for a few seconds, so it's useless.
  • Possible Fix

If the tool isn't recording, check your settings. Look for the app in the settings, make sure microphone is selected in the app. When the app is really recording blue rings expand and contract as it records. My experience is that, if there are no rings, its not recording.
  • Teacher

This is easy to use but sadly does lose your audio- what a disaster ! It should be pulled.
  • Awful!!

This app is horrible. It has DELETED all of my recordings! Do not download this app
  • Irecord flop

This recorder doesn't save anything. It crashes when you click on categories. This is a waste of money and time.
  • Adjustable volume and categories

Has features I need but app is not saving anything (recordings, settings, categories) and crashes out. This would easily be the #1 recording app with a little attention to fix these bugs. HELP!!!
  • Works with 1st Gen. iPod Touch

I had just about given up trying to find a recording app that would allow itself to be installed on my 1st generation iPod touch when I came upon this one. It works with my new Macally iVoice Pro and 3.1.2. The interface is basic, the default settings are very low quality and there are issues getting larger files out of the device.
