The app is free with in ap purchases but it’s unusable without paying. So not free at all. I deleted it in principle.Lez66

Hello, Thanks for reaching out and we are very sorry about this issue. Please make sure you are connected to internet and delete the app and reinstall it. After that, try the following. You will not be charged twice. Try downloading the already paid content as you did the first time. Apple will tell you the price but when you hit the buy button you will receive a pop up saying that you can download it for free because you have already paid the product. You will not be charged twice, we guarantee that, if you do, please send us the receipt and we will help you process a refund with Apple.Horrible app

Not very informative. Paid for the Las Vegas upgrade but they then want you to pay again for the Las Vegas Strip? There is a better, free, app availableHxrob

Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them.
