App won’t even open
Just downloaded the app and when I try to open it it shows the loading screen then after 1 minute the app crashesMr very Noice
Please add support for international mobile numbers
When resetting the account, +30 is hardwired to enter your mobile. There are users without a Greek mobile number. The app is useless.kkusa21
Can only use with Greek cell number
I have an account with NBG but I can not use the app because it requires a Greek cellphone number.
It does not allow you to change the +30 country code when you register. I live in the USA and only have an American cellphone number. You need to correct this for Greek citizens living abroad.54resd

Προσπαθώ να κάνω κατάθεση σε λογαριασμό της Εθνικής. Έβαλα IBAN, πόσο και αιτιολογία. Πάτησα συνέχεια. Κολλάει σε ένα μήνυμα «παρακαλώ περιμένετε». Αλήθεια, αν δε μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις το app για ένα απλό πράγμα όπως κατάθεση, για ποιο λόγο υπάρχει;Nicolas Bar
Needs updating
NBG discontinued use of OTP i-code devices in July 2020 yet both its website and its app still require you enter an OTP i-code in order to update profile information such as entering your mobile number in the profile so you can receive SMS codes. When I contacted NBG’s customer service for resolution it was a lost cause. They are incapable of problem-solving. It’s the kind of incompetence one sadly learns to expect from Greek businesses/government entities. And it is what discourages us foreigners from investing in a country whose system is hopelessly dysfunctional.Show lessKent45

Μακραν το πιο κακο app που εχω χρησιμοποιησει, πολλα bugs, και μονιμος σε οποιαδηποτε προσπαθεια εγγραφης, εισοδου ή διαδικασιας παντα βγαζει “an unexpected error occurrd”... Τζαμπα εφαγα μια μερα προσπαθωντας να το κανω να δουλεψει. rip!TotallyFakeDisappointed
