Horrendous!!!
Just when there’s finally a decent length to a highlights clip, you can’t watch any of them. Glitches galore! Holy smokes! How can an elite tournament be so disconnected with one of the most desired parts of this app, a highlights reel! 🙄🙄🙄
Bad app this year
The app is not working this year. It will not let me look at results or the women’s draw. It keep saying try again. All in all it make the app unusable.
Why redevelop
This was a good app years ago. Every year it’s rewritten. Why???

Problem loading page
Every other year I have used this app it’s been fantastic way for me to keep up with my fav players and matches but this year other than the live plays everything else says ‘problem loading page’ I’ve given up. It’s a shame that something so popular cannot develop what seems to be such a simple app.

Awful
The 2018 version is clunky, slow , and keeps having 503 errors when trying to look at live scores or completed matches. Also very hard to navigate between different days of play. Just awful.
What kind of error?
What’s going on? I click on a link that should show the draw, or something, and then it says there was an error loading the page after about one second. Which is false because if I quickly scroll down, I can see the draw and the scores!! Same with schedules or players or whatever. Somethings wrong but can’t understand it.

Rubbish
Nothing but frustration since I loaded it a few days ago and there appears to have been about 2 new updates since I installed. Things just don’t load.
Telling me to update when theres no way I can
I have the app on my iphone. Im trying to open it & it keeps telling me to update it. This has only started happening tonight. I click ok. It takes me to the AO app in my itunes apps but theres no update button, only open. I cant fix this as every time I try to open its saying I need to update it. Also, I noticed that when I click to see the “draw” of the tournament, it doesnt show any names, it only has print. I like to be able to see who has made it through to the next round, I dont want to print it all out. Also, when you select a favourite player, I thought the notification only went off when yr favourite player was coming on, not every single match 😱 I hope this can be fixed. Once they are, my stars will go up for sure 👍🏻

What the hell happened?
Last year this was awesome. This year not so much. Frustrating that there seems a constant need to fix something that wasn’t broken. Worst part this year - and reason for 1 star - is being asked multiple times each use if I want notifications. I really do... but clicking yes each time still doesn’t get them for me. Even after the 20th time :/

Excellent App
Love this app. I'm up to date at a fingers touch. Easy to navigate and love the news stories, always on the money. I've had this app for a number of years now, love it!!
