Purchased app, no where to login and access content. Tried to go to help tab and app kept closing. THEN went and reached out to app developer and wanted to submit my message about the issues and get a messed up error message

Cannot restore lifetime pro subscription
Like the others, I purchased a lifetime pro subscription several years ago. I cannot restore my purchase, it just says no active subscription found.
I tried to message them from the app twice but it shuts down both times. Will update my star rating when i get this resolved.*pear*

I complained about not being able to restore by lifetime purchase before, but I finally managed to after reading the developers reply to certain complaints . Just delete the app and download it again. Go to app settings and click on restore. It worked like a charm ! So glad I got it back! I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years and I had seen results. But since it was locked for a while and didn’t know how to restore it, i couldn’t use it. Subscription Fraud
I bought a lifetime membership and was recently locked out of my membership. I’ve called and emailed the company and no one has responded. Apparently “lifetime” means something else to this company. I want my membership restored or my money returned.twolovelydaughters

I bought the app over a year ago and now half the content is suddenly locked. Why do that to people who purchased from you? This app was good for what I originally paid for it. It absolutely not worth over $100 a year.Frances2059
App used to work well
I have purchased the life-time subscription and each time I go to use the app the sessions are locked. The re-set does not work and purchasing again (just in case) informs me that the app has already been purchased and I can install it again for free. … great, still does not work.adamwdc

As another reviewer mentioned, I previously had access to all exercises (which I paid for as a one-time payment). Now, the exercises I’d been doing are locked. And the new subscription price is ridiculous. $5 a week is twice as much as a good fitness or yoga app subscription. There’s no way I’m paying that much for face yoga. But, they shouldn’t be able to pull the rug out when you already purchased content, either. Fool me once. Shame on you. There are plenty more face yoga app options in the App Store.Show lessSherylc6
