The price is so high
I have been a customer for years and now the price is $28?? Not even a discount for re-enrolling? Don't get me wrong this app works great, but the price is so high. I am looking for another app but will gladly come back if the price gets below $20.Liz12345yy

I’ve had SpamDrain for three years or so, and very occasionally it would miss a spam or two. However, lately on one of the three email addresses I have set to filter, the program does not work entirely accurately. Recently one day on one account there were about 50 spams that got through but did not appear on the Blocked or Allowed reports. Most annoying. I reported this to SpamDrain and got an auto response, as always, but have not gotten an answer that can fix the issue. That has happened several times in the last six months, but with no fix. I regret that because I like the interface of the program very much. That is the best feature for me, but I may have to drop SpamDrain if it continues to miss spam. What a shame.Show lessWill2nd

This product stopped working- suddenly. Tried to get support- forget it. No access to anyone. This product is a sham.RV101
Not working
This used to be quite good. Recently I’ve been getting notifications when a spam message is received, I then go to email and it’s been removed. Point is - I shouldn’t receive the notification.
This latest version - I cannot log in at all and spam is getting through unhindered.

Have used this for quite a while and didn't used to get any spam. It was good but expensive.
Unfortunately, now the spam comes through and then disappears after a minute or so. Have removed it, reinstalled it but still it doesn't do its job.
My issue here is that it's expensive. For the price they charge it should be flawless at keeping the spam it catches (or you have trained it to catch) out of your inbox.Show lessSplodge109

Wow, what a spectacular improvement! I started with the trial, and it only took a few days to see I don't need to wait before buying the app. From the beginning, my clever spamster has been accurately weeding out the spam from my three email accounts. I don't understand why my ISP email provider isn't performing this same service for me. Doesn't matter, Spamdrain is doing the job well!Show lessLtcolkep

I just re-upped my SpamDrain subscription. SD does a very good job. Any time I have had a problem I have gotten a very prompt response from Support. That counts for a lot in my book. Go with SpamDrain. You won't be sorry.Don't look any further

I love this app. It's clever, beautiful and well thought out. Simple to use and learns very fast.
