Nothing works
Even answer if there is a online trouble the App can’t answer. Everything is delegated and you have to drive 20 minutes to a bank to ask a question.Frustrating and glitchy
It’s very frustrating that there is no clear way to open a bank account from the website on a computer, just instructions for downloading the app. Once inside the app the frustration continues - when you click on English for the language, the welcome page switches to English as it should but as soon as you click next it reverts back to Dutch, no matter how many times you refresh, close and start again, or turn your phone off and on again.Stop nagging me with this
