Login System Is Terrible
If I login via the web, it gives me options to claim student tickets.
Once I login via the app, it doesn't think I have the big ticket despite having the same email/account, and won't let me claim them and only let me buy them.
I could make an app like this 20x better and idk how this person has a job.

Won’t load
The app opens for about a half a second and closes, won’t do anything else.
What is the point?
I was trying to buy tickets for a baseball game and was directed to download this app (literally no other options). And yet as far as I can tell, this app has no way to buy tickets for any athletic event. It’s also missing basic stuff like a “back” button, so whenever you go down a blind alley (which is constantly due to the horrific site design) you have to go all the way back home and start at the beginning. Absolutely no redeeming qualities.

Disappointed
Why is it that every time the app is updated, it get harder to use??? This should be the best university app available. Unfortunately it is anything but the best. Whoever does the design and updates should be fired.
How is this app SOOO bad?
Just the worst. Whoever runs it has no clue whatsoever. First, the featured section is ridiculous. I’m sure they’re trying to be “equitable”, but it is just absurd how they mention nothing on the main feed about major men’s sports, and litter it with things no one cares about. Having both would even be fine, but at least put up things most people have actual interest in. The only reason I use it is for baseball scores, and it is so poorly designed, I have to click five buttons and scroll half an hour just to get there. It is such a simple task to have a University multi-sport app. How is this such a miserable failure. Oh and by the way, it isn’t even working right now. Hopefully they’ve fired everyone involved and are working on a re-design.

Nothing but problems
Nothing but problems with this app!! Didn’t work last season, already not working this season. Can’t login with email because…it provides no place to enter your email!! Ridiculous.
Will not link to e tickets
The app refuses to link to the ticket account. Tickets are visible in the ticket account and despite multiple password resets when back in the app it will not acknowledge the account. I am sure this will be identified and fixed by game day but frustrating.
App doesn’t work
I expect better from my university than an app that won’t allow me to register or reset a password, especially with the transition to mobile ticketing through said buggy app. Epic fail, horns down.
Worse than terrible!!!!!
Supposed to use this for tickets next year and can’t even set up an account and login. I have set it up twice and when I try to log in it says it is incorrect, which it is not.
If this is my only way to use my football tickets, (not that I’m counting on it this year, but still), we are in trouble.

Bugs
I love all things longhorn except this app. It’s constantly crashing during games. I have to renew it almost every 1-2 minutes. Gets old but still beats my alternatives🤘🏼
