I love this ap!!! I have never made it through without falling asleep! 38 1/2 weeks pregnant! I just wish there were more options and different messages available. I wish it included a fear Release, it really I awesome though. I love how it does not wake you up if you set it to sleep or you can repeat if you need prolonged messages. Voice was weird at first but now it's comforting. Hope it works in labor.Show lessTuft enough

I have several of Andrews apps but now that I'm pregnant I use this every night. I'm an anxious person by nature and adding a stressful pregnancy to the mix has made this a hard time for me but I find these affirmations really help keeping my stress levels and negative thoughts in check. I really enjoy this app. Andrew's voice is so calming and I wake up feeling so relaxed. It really makes a difference to my quality of sleep. At 37 weeks sleep has become quite a challenge!
