Seit Tagen hab ich jetzt das Support Team angeschrieben um Hilfe mit meinem Passwort zurücksetzen zu bekommen. Ich wurde abgemeldet und als ich versucht habe mich wieder anzumelden hat mein Passwort nicht funktioniert. Ich habe dann einen Antrag gestellt durch die App mein Passwort zurücksetzen. Mir wurde dann mehrfach ein link zu meiner email gesendet der ungültig ist.
Dann habe ich mehrmals eine email zum Support Team geschrieben aber habe nie eine Antwort erhalten. Sehr enttäuschend und frustrierend

App auf Iphone gekauft / keine Anmeldung auf PC möglich

Ich habe die App auf meinem IPhone in Applestore gekauft, alles funktioniert soweit, Registrierung abgeschlossen, suche auf dem Rechner nach der Anmeldeseite gebe meine Zugangsdaten ein und kriege immer wieder die Fehlermeldung zurück meine Anmeldedaten seien falsch!!!

Bitte die Anmeldeseite irgendwo auf der Homepage fixieren und hier das Problem lösen.
Es kann nicht sein, dass man 18€ für nichts ausgegeben hat.

Nicht mal in der App hat man die Möglichkeit den Support zu kontaktieren.
