Charger for order that never came
Spoke personally to the owner. I know because he told me three times during our call. I’ve been charged $40 for a pizza that was never delivered. No refund. Tried this app again a year later. Then I was informed they had placed an “auto tip” on my account (via this app) that charged me 20% per order after tipping their driver an extra $2 in person on a $1 tip. Owner decided to cancel order after I told him I didn’t feel like being lectured by him when I told him his app was being glitchy. He was just ready to argue the moment I called, informing me of multiple accounts. Well yeah. When your app works right people won’t have to download multiple times, bud.

absolutely phenomenal work
everytime ive ordered from this app, ive never had any problems with anything. orders have always been on time (if not very early), food has never arrived stale/cold, and the people delivering have always been nice as well. i wi definitely be continuing to use 352 whenever i get delivery done. :)
Great app, great company!
I am so grateful to have a locally owned and operated food delivery company in our area. Every time I have to go out of town and have to use Uber eats or something I am reminded of how insanely lucky Gainesville is to have 352 Delivery. The fact that if I have a problem (which is honestly really rare) I can call, speak to a real human, and have that human actually fix the problem instead of just telling me there’s nothing they can do… y’all are so good. Also, the email coupons are always great. Please continue to take my money, I am your #1 fan.

Please do not use this delivery service! They will take your money and lie and say their system is down and they never got your order!
App owner (Jeremiah Loper) stalked and insulted us.
Did a large group order and the delivery person left it at the wrong apartment complex. Reported it, and the app owner made disgusting accusations towards myself and my roommates on the app. We went back and forth, I decided to just dispute the charge and the app owner insulted me through social media and email/app communication. Horrible person and will use your data against you. Do not trust this app or the developer of the app, listen to the other reviews, especially the one(s) about the owner stalking and insulting customers.
