Jishop advanced
Your 字書p Advanced is great. (And a great pun too.) Just the right thing for someone who was used to using Nelson. :-)
Good in theory, but not in execution.
Although the app is functional, at least on a base level, it is prone to frequent crashes, particularly when attempting to illustrate Kanji characters. Unfortunately, I must say that this needs more development before I am willing to buy the full version.
I love it to pieces...
...because it takes kanji to pieces, and that's the easiest way for me to learn them. I upgraded to the full version, and wasn't sorry-it's a fantastic learning tool. I especially like the fact that I can save kanji into custom lists and review them at my leisure.
Fast radical searches if you are a visual learner.
very useful app for a quick Kanji search based on the pictograph. There is a useful feature For storing favourite Kanji in different lists for review later. However, the app is not that intuitive to use . On the 5th use of the app I discovered that you can actually scroll thru the list of radicals, but there is no on -screen indicator to tell you can do this. you are limited to about 5000 Kanji but for most Nihongo learners that will be more than enough to start With. For now, it has replaced my hardcopy dictionary containing 50,000 Kanji as it is much easier to do a Kanji compound search on it than with a dictionary. Great little app, but needs some interface clean-up. When I learn enugh words,i am upgrading to the paid versions. Keep as, the good work developers!

Simply Amazing!
For a lite version of an app it offers a lot! I use it everyday in my Japanese to find accurate translations and such. Keep up the good work!
