Excellent App
I've had reason to use this app several times during the past couple of weeks and can't say enough about how well it works and how useful it was to have with me. Being able to view the area I was trying to get to in satellite view allowed me to accurately determine the lat/long info to enter into my automobile GPS. I arrived at the locations exactly as displayed on the GPS Location's screen. I highly recommend this app.

Great for noting locations
I used this app on my recent kayaking trip to note critical locations of spots on the river like put-ins, take-outs, and hard rapids.
It worked great. The developer, Bryan, provided great support in answering a couple questions and clarified a couple items for me
1) After hitting the copy function the GPS coordinates copy into the scratchpad and can be pasted in Notes, and email, or wherever.
2) If you don't have time to copy and paste you can also hold down the main button on the iPhone simultaneously with the power button and it will take a screen shot of the map and coordinates and add to the photo library.

Simple and easy to use!
The app does exactly what I expected it do. It's a simple way to text or email your location in the most commonly used coordinate formats. The person receiving your coordinates may then copy the coordinates and paste them in the map application that comes with the iPhone or any other application that allows you to input coordinates to see your location.

Was very disappointed with another app that cost twice as much, did less, and was much less precise than this one. Excellent app here, works as advertised with good accuracy and useability.
Superb App and excellent support
After enabling the location service for this application, this app works like a champ. The support I got was superb. Very happy with the app.
simple and accurate
i use this app for noting coordinates when collecting specimens (like insects) and observing soil types (and matching my location with the web soil survey maps). so far its been accurate to a few meters. it is simple and quick. the only missing feature in my opinion is an arrow that would point in the direction the phone is facing.

Land Monitor
All in one unit voice memo, clinometer, and this GPS. My old setup cost $100 for the phone, $100 for clinometer and $250 for the GPS for a total cost of $450. This package costs $200 for the phone and &1.98 for the two apps.
Does one thing very well!
This simple app does one thing, but it does it very well. I use it to copy latitude and longitude to the clipboard, where I can transfer it to documents and other apps. It's quick, accurate, and easy to use. Well worth the price.
