FINALLY GOT AN UPDATE YEEEES. I've been playing this app since it came out, and was looking for an update eventually.
A much needed update
Finally! I've had this game since like 2009 on an iPod touch.
I now have an iPhone 7 and am so thrilled to see the developer still keeping it up to date. The old version was pretty sluggish and the physics were not the best.
This new version is fantastic. It's still challenging to get a strike but isn't that the point? Now when I miss a strike, I can see the path the ball took whereas before it looked like a strike roll but not all the pins would fall.
I am pleased and excited to play this game again.

Changed app is terrible
I have been playing this game for years and everything has been fine until the latest update. The format has changed with random ad videos playing.
Looks Better than Ever
The latest update gives Doodle Bowling a nice new UI and quite a few new lanes to purchase.
Although ads were introduced, it shouldn't be a big deal since you can easily remove them with a one time IAP. Even without that the ads are not too intrusive.
They have also included a watch video to earn 30 pts feature. Although I'm not thrilled with this, you'll still gain much more points from your average game so it's not a progress-breaker.

Nice update
The physics overhaul is a welcome surprise.
The star system for purchasing different alleys is cool.
Downside is not being able to "preview" a new alley before purchase. You have no idea what you get before you spend your stars.

Like when you played your balls round you need to wait for your friends turn... And with notification, you receive notification when it's your turn to play.
After the match is done you can add option to gain prizes... And the option to see with who you are playing from Game Center and not Facebook or twitter!
Lots of potential option and lots of fun!

Absolutely fantastic!!
This is the best bowling app on the App Store at the moment it's got heaps of themes to unlock, brilliant gameplay and shows your stats!! Get this game!!:)

I had this game for the past 2 years now and when iam bored or just looking for something to waste some time this game as always been there for me.
Addictive!
Fun game, controls really make it a good play for all.
