Description of iFroze

Do you know what items are lurking at the bottom of your freezer chest? Have you ever been at the grocery store wondering, how many frozen pizzas are in the freezer so you can decide whether to buy the frozen pizza that is on sale? How many do you need? iFroze is the application that will help you answer these questions. iFroze is an easy to use freezer inventory application that keeps track of the items in your freezer. The free version allows only 20 different items (10 pizzas and 15 TV-dinners count as 2 items). The paid version maintains all data and allows unlimited items. Features include: -Multiple category hierarchy. -Automatic dating of items. -List items in order of their due date. -Item counts for each category. -Items are identified by either a label or the freezer entry date. -Information stored for each item includes freezer entry date, due date, label, quantity, location, and any notes. -Easy incrementing and decrementing of items when you add or remove items from the freezer. -Create a shopping list from items you have taken from the freezer. Uses include: -Grocery shopping -Meal planning -Freezer item location -Pantry item inventory -Emergency preparedness -Cottage and boat item inventory Note: iTunes and the app store do not synchronize data between devices (it over-writes app data according to most recent sync, not most recent update). Therefore we recommend you install iFroze on only 1 device for each iTunes id. We are working on sharing between devices.

Reviews of iFroze

  • Never used

Never even got to use the free version. It’s already asking me for money. It’s not even that significant of an app. There are other apps that are far better and the use pictures, etc. Don’t recommend. Deleted ASAP.
  • Very minimal usefulness

The free version ONLY allows the entry of 20 unique items. Deleted this app, pronto
  • Awful.

This app is no better than the reminders feature already built into the iPhone. You cannot scan or search items, it was not in any way worth the $3.99 I WASTED! Could've bought a notepad and pack of pens cheaper with the same utility level.
